β Itβs a beautiful thing to be capable of destruction but still choose Love. And a beautiful thing to know how to defend ourselves if those scenarios arise.β
Amen. Described perfectly and yes. This is freedom. Iβve been longing to go back up there for more training, but even as much as Iβve had to this point (which the training never ends) I cannot believe how much it has changed my life. πβ€οΈπ
Love this. I can confirm the empowerment of both things: spirituality and self-defense firearms training. I'm strapped wherever I go, literally and figuratively.
YES! Thank you for that. It blows my mind when people do not understand that it DOES matter to know you can protect yourself and your own life, and it is just as much a survival tool as ones spiritual fortification and condition. They are the same thing, just different manifestations. β₯οΈ β₯οΈ β₯οΈ
Iβm glad I wrote it then!!! Thank you for reading it. Idk what got into me, was going to sleep and randomly had the thought that I should share this. π΄ββ οΈβ€οΈπ

Non aggression principle means you still have the right to defend yourself. One who loves themselves (not in an egoic way) and loves others understands this. I love how you broke this down. Iβve been to some tactical ranges too they are great but Iβve never been to an outside one. Iβm sorry to hear that you were attacked but Iβm glad to know you are defending yourself.
thank you so much for this comment. and yes, every libertarian i've met who stands by the non aggression principle still stands by self defense, absolutely, and i love that. and yo i dont know where you live but if you are ever in the southeast, Tactical Response in Camden, TN is an incredible place. They do train worldwide though, might have some near you!

Having the power of Life and Death in ones hands, brings the confidence to know, one may freely choose.
That is freedom.
Not the use of force and violence.
The ability, the confidence that the choice is yours and yours alone.
It is a gift only you may give yourself.
It requires skills, training, discipline.
The benefits change your life forever.
Once you understand that that power, is in your own hands, you learn, it always was, always will be and No One can ever take it from you.
That is freedom.

π You're welcome.
The fastest growing segment of the self-defense/gun community is women and people of color.
Mao, Hitler and many others in positions of power have and will disarm citizens - for reasons that have nothing to do with OUR safety.
Thanks for sharing!
While here in the Uk it's not even possible to buy. hold on to your gun rights!
Wow. Self-empowerment is in full bloom in you π
