Where does it come from?
Who really knows?
It’s not for me to question
its origination.
Thinking,
I stand back,
thinking popular praise,
seeking perspective,
a position to judge.
Comparing,
I hold it up to
popular convention.
Is it commercially viable,
is it worth a damn?
Wait just a minute!
What am I asking?
What do I expect?
It wasn’t expressed
expressly for that.
It was solely for me,
