Good stuff and it was great seeing you and hearing your story. All the things you are doing right now that you shared (gratitude, kundalini yoga, fucking off entirely) are great and seem to be working for you well. I still need to check out your Exiting the Media Matrix interview. That video you showed last night that got banned was 🔥. Have an amazing week!
Awwww...thank you, beautiful Tess!! It was a magical night and it was such a pleasure and honour to share space with you and the others. Thank you for being vulnerable and showing us your insides, your process, your journey, your art. Thank you for trusting us to catch you when you take a leap. Here's to more shedding, growing, rebirthing, alongside one another...XOX
Okay, wow! There is a lot to look at here and I am happy to do so. I shall peruse this evening. I love what you said about the Fing off :) Hahaha. That whole chapter made me say, "face it ,this is one of the things you love about her. " I did pick up a bit of an "f it" mindset today and I played a beautiful piece off the cuff. All I used were two chords. After that I told someone what I thought about a certain large topic in a place full of people who definitely disagree with me on the subject. Surprisingly, it went well. She was actually kind to me even though she was discovering that I was a potential "disease vector". She treated me like a friend. I am pleasantly surprised. I played for it all today. For everything. It was the best I have ever improvised on the spot. I felt the change take place. in me, in the room and in the music. I was tuned in, in the flow. I had a rumbling bass and some light airy high notes, then it all got quiet in between. I was in love with it. I could have been at home, on my own, in my pajamas, for all I was aware. I have never been THAT cozy making something up. And I never tell them what I will play, I just play. That way I don't have to have a plan till the day of, because I am busy that week. But this time they asked me what I would play, which was a surprise. I said ," I don't know. It's a thought by Amy". And then I slipped into another dimension where I could still see them, but I was also separated. Nothing dramatic. HAHahaha. So, yeah. F it. Just go with your flow, man. Also, even though they disagree with me on many topics, I felt like we were all connected through that music there and we agreed on something even more important about life.

You rock dude. ❤️🙏🔥
I watched the interview and you smashed it. Surprised the presenter hadn't heard of "Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars." if anyone hasn't, here's a link: https://archive.org/details/SilentWeaponsForQuietWarsOriginalDocumentCopy
