👏👏👏

Enjoy every bite... right here, right now, is all we really have.

Yesterday is depression, tomorrow is anxiety, today is a gift, that's why it's called the present.

❤️ this reminds me of a mini meditation that I do. I may have learned it from *The Power of Now* not sure. But I choose a breath. Just one breath, and put all my focus on it as it’s the last breath I’ll take here. It’s a very centering exercise for me. A reminder that I could get called home at any time. Simple enough to do in a traffic jam(back when I used to live where those were real things) or as part of a deep meditation. Memento Mori for sure. All in time.

I love that. Thank you for sharing. Its always good to have the reminder to slow the F*K down. I know I need iit usually 100x a day.

This is so much in alignment with other stuff I've been reading and listening to in the past few days. Definitely what I'm needing right now. Thank you, my friend! 💕

This is so very true. Never take things for granted, never leave home in anger because you never know if you’ll see your loved ones again. Life may change in the blink of an eye. ‘I would have wanted to …(fill in) but it’s too late,’ is a nagging feeling.

It very much is. Thats why I love teachings of Memento Mori or anything around impermanence because I think one of our greatest mistakes as humans (myself included) is taking shit for granted -- things are so much more incredible and liberating when we see things as they are. I have a LONG way to go when it comes to doing this consistently but this just poured out of me yesterday so I had to share it. strange things. Did you do the new moon kundalini yoga last night? Jai Dev wound up talking about this same thing.

No, didn’t see anything yesterday evening. Long conversation with a friend I had been worried about.

You’ll get where you want to go, I’m sure 💙🙏💫

I want everyone I know to read what you've written here, it will stop them in their tracks as it did me.

Such an important message. A realisation such as this can change people for the better and it will never grow weary.

Thank you Tesstamona.

I am extremely grateful that it found you and impacted you like that. I feel like I am begging humanity (and myself too) to wake up and stop with this sleepwalking charade. It is nice to know that someone else can hear me. Thank you so much Simon.
