Solve Et Coagula: Winter Solstice Podcast Part Two

Hey all, here’s the audio for Part 2. If you didn’t catch part 1, you may do so here:

Upon the completion of the 2nd out of 3 days of the Winter Solstice Retreat, I’ve got this recording/podcast for you. Here, we discuss:

  • Kundalini Yoga - what it is, and what it isn’t

  • Doing one thing at a time in a world where you’re expected to do 10

  • Staying in the moment

  • Religious Trauma, and the Difference between God and Religion

  • Lessons Learned: Warring against something does nothing, but this one move removed the obstacle entirely (story time)

  • The great Wisdom teachers: Saturn and Jupiter (and practical application)

  • Becoming versus wanting, creating and starting versus looking or searching.

  • Applied quantum physics - Frequency and Magnetism (thought/word and emotion/energy)

  • “We are all so much richer than we realize”

Apologies for the mild scratchy sound in some parts of the audio, I am using wired headphones with a small mic on the wire, and apparently it was getting caught in my hair? I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen next time haha.
