I’m passing on a few messages, they are not my own. These are practices I find helpful and I suppose, a mild roundup of “what I’m listening to”.
For those of us who find we have “a million things to get done” all the time, often burnt out, struggle with focus and scattered minds, these brief insights can help.
I wish I could tell you all some magic way in which one can just make magic happen — and that is not possible because…
we are in a magic zone, and that magic zone is missing because we have gotten into the non-magical zone of thinking and trying to figure out things through thinking..
…the only way to make that happen, to make magic happen, the only option available is your own energy, which is in the present moment….

What is killing you is… the definitions:
And this one, I found to be tremendous:
I’ll leave you with this, as we all take in a a lot of information, and I just sent you three youtube videos. They are short, but still.
Lots of love to you all, talk another time. Feel free to add how you are grounding yourself in the moment to where there is only one moment, not millions.
It reminds me of something I read from Beinsa Douno recently.
He said:
“In our world, there are seven days. In the other world, there is only one day.”
He meant the Angelic realm, or the Divine realm, or perhaps, the Divine consciousness, the frequency our antennas are all capable of receiving and transmitting— here in this lifetime.
Months ago, I was introduced to the concept of ‘the silent mind’ and it turned out to be another life changer. Tuning into Source through the silent mind connects me to that larger consciousness.
I know now that even 10 minutes will help me to be at peace or to avoid sleepless or disturbed nights.
You introducing me to kundalini yoga has had a snowball effect, going from kriyas to meditations and further.
You are such a bright light!
Love, hugs and blessings 💙🙏💫🥰🤗
Thank you for the gems you’ve shared, each one lands deeply.
The fastest way to ground yourself is through the body. Engage the muscles of the perineum (vaginal, rectal), hold for 10 seconds, release, and repeat three times. This instantly drops you into Hara, the deep abdominal center where strength, earthly wisdom, and grounded presence reside. It brings you right here, right now: where there is only this moment, nothing else...
