Dear Brave Soul, here we are again ...you always touch subjects I resonate with. I liked in particular the way you started ... talking to the ones with ... interesting childhoods. Oh Lord at the root of most of our challenges are those experiences. You know and I know that giving ourselves permission to rest, be, breathe without guilt is like a jewel in the middle of a pile of logs. The conditioning is severe and recovering from such things a serious business. At times it feels as if we are in the Groundhog Day relieving the same day over and over again. But we are coming out the shadows and keep marching and healing because we know we have a mission, we know we heal one step at a time and in doing so, inspire others.
