Pain is a messenger. It is often a roadmap pointing us to the areas where we are not free in our lives. 

Every situation is different, but there are no shortages of pain and suffering in this life. With the theme of this substack, Memento Mori Alchemy, we are going to talk about how to alchemize (transforming one thing into another) the things holding us back from being free, into the things that lead us to our liberation. 

We’re going to cover addictions, relationships, finding our purpose as individuals, becoming free / undomesticated regardless of what any person or government does, and navigating “the matrix” and troubles on a larger, global scale.
