Well done, I just have breakfast and listened to you guys. Nice job. I don't use Facebook anymore. I am on there if I need to pop in and get some info on a farmers market or something, but that's it. I don't follow anyone or use messenger there. I am not using X, but I do pop in once in a while to check something, like that time a podcaster I follow had his site taken down. I checked to see if he was letting anyone know anything there. I don't know if I have an Insta, I might. It's just work, art, gardening, more work and substack for me. They ARE trying to hypnotize everyone. It's sad to see.
